About the role
As our customer success engineer you’ll have a huge part in developing and optimizing the tech we’re creating to reach its full potential. You’ll be handling the technical support for our customers. You’ll study, diagnose, troubleshoot and recognize solutions to solve customer issues and provide timely and detailed feedback to them. To be able to do so, you have a deep understanding for our tech as well as the game development process.
Together with our customers you’ll play an important role in our mission to build the next generation network engine. Through the support and interaction with our customers, you’ll be collecting valuable feedback that will shape the tech to become market leader in the future of online experience and connected games.

• Developed the network code of an online game
• Used to work with continuous integration and deployment
• Highly skilled in Go, C# and/or Rust
• 3+ years industry experience (or equivalent)
• Passionate about games and their potential
• Working knowledge of Unity
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Have worked on (and completed) your own game project of any scope
•Experience with shipping projects (professional or amateur)
•Enthusiastic about open-source
•Service minded with excellent communication and pedagogical skills
